Guidelines For Church Use
A. There will be no alcoholic beverages in or on the church property
B. There will be no smoking or Vaping or use of any tobacco products on church property.
C. The property will be cleaned of all trash after each use of the facility.
D. The church will be left in the same arrangement as when the user arrived.
E. No tape of any kind will be placed on the walls or ceiling for the purpose of decorating or hanging of any type of sign.
F. Any damage done to the church while being used by any group will be the responsibility of the user. They will be responsible to repair the damages determined by the church trustees.
G. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the forfeit of your security deposit. and any additional fees necessary to cover clean up and repairs.
H. A $500.00 deposit will be required to reserve the use of the church.
I. Full payment of $800.00 is required 2 weeks before event date.
J. Security deposit will be refunded following the completion of your event.
